(Click to enlarge: 13" x 17"117K) Sierra Azul Nursery hosted a major exhibition of sculpture in their demonstration gardens, which feature rustic Mediterranean plantings on two acres. The exhibition is part of the Pajaro Valley Arts Council exhibit, Sculpture IS, which ran June 2 through July 30, 2006. Thirty-nine regional artists will show over seventy pieces of work ranging from installation and performance art to a variety of sculptures that are kinetic, functional, traditional and collaborative. Sculpture IS was supported by a grant from the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County.
